LEMON POWER BALLS

       

 

INGREDIENTS 

1/4 CUP CASHEW BUTTER

3 TBS RICE MALT SYRUP

1/4 CUP VANILLA PEA PROTEIN POWDER

1/2 CUP DESICCATED COCONUT

10 DROPS LEMON ESSENTIAL OIL

METHOD

• ADD WET INGREDIENTS TO A LARGE BOWL AND MIX, STIR IN EVERYTHING ELSE

• SCOOP OUT SPOONFULS OF MIXTURE AND ROLL INTO BALLS, ROLL INTO EXTRA COCONUT, STORE IN THE FRIDGE
 

* IF YOU DON’T HAVE ESSENTIAL OIL, YOU COULD ADD IN SOME FRESH SQUEEZED LEMON JUICE AND ZEST TOO

* YOU COULD USE ALMOND OR SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER INSTEAD OF THE CASHEW BUTTER

* THESE ARE BEST KEPT IN THE FRIDGE, THEY MAY GO SOFT AT ROOM TEMP AS THEY ARE NUT BUTTER BASED, BALLS THAT ARE DATE BASED HOLD TOGETHER BETTER AT ROOM TEMP
