TAHINI OAT SLICE

INGREDIENTS

2 cups Quick Oats 
1/3 cup + 2tbs Tahini 
1/3 cup Coconut Oil, melted
3 tbs Rice Malt Syrup 

METHOD
Stir wet ingredients in a medium bowl then stir in oats. Press into a lined loaf pan ( I used a silicone loaf pan) and set aside while preparing chocolate.

Choc Fudge Topping

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup Coconut Oil, melted
2 tbs Tahini 
2 tbs Rice Malt Syrup 
1/4 cup Raw Cacao Powder 
Pinch of Sea Salt 
Sesame Seeds for sprinkling on top

METHOD
Stir wet then stir in cacao and salt until smooth. Spread over the base, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pop into the fridge for a few hours to set before slicing.
