I joined the Health in Hands team in February 2025, after nearly five years of being a patient here myself. Before this, I worked as an Accounts and Office Manager in the 4WD industry. While I loved that role, the long travel started taking a toll, not just on my spine, but on my work-life balance too.
What drew me to Health in Hands was everything it stood for. I loved the genuine care Dr April gives, the regular progress checks, and the way every adjustment is part of a bigger plan to help you feel and function at your best. The customer service was always top-notch, and now I get to be part of delivering that same experience. It’s so rewarding to help new and current practice members take positive steps toward healthy living and being mindful of their spine health, because it truly impacts every part of your wellbeing.
Outside of the clinic, I’m passionate about my own business with my partner, where we teach first dance lessons for weddings (and have so much fun doing it!). I also love beach walks, my cat Usher, and anything that helps me switch off and relax.
For me, this role is about more than just work, it’s about making a real difference in people’s lives. When your spine and nervous system are healthy, it affects everything you do, and I’m grateful to be part of helping people achieve that.
