Your care plan may include a combination of targeted chiropractic adjustments to restore movement in dysfunctional or misaligned joints, deep tissue or fascial therapy, and active trigger point release. We often provide take-home advice such as rest strategies, ice or heat application, and specific therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, speed up recovery, and help prevent future injuries — so you can get back to doing the activities you love with confidence.
