1/4 CUP VANILLA PEA PROTEIN POWDER
1/4 CUP + 2 TBS DESICCATED COCONUT
1 TSP MESQUITE POWDER
METHOD
• ADD WET INGREDIENTS TO A LARGE BOWL AND MIX, STIR IN EVERYTHING ELSE
• SCOOP OUT SPOONFULS OF MIXTURE AND ROLL INTO BALLS, ROLL INTO EXTRA COCONUT, STORE IN THE FRIDGE
* YOU CAN LEAVE OUT THE MESQUITE POWDER, IT JUST ADDS MORE OF A NUTTY/CARAMEL FLAVOUR
* YOU COULD USE CASHEW/ALMOND/PEANUT BUTTER/TAHINI OR A COMBINATION OF BUTTERS INSTEAD OF THE SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER
* YOU COULD ADD IN CACAO NIBS OR DRIZZLE WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE BEFORE POPPING IN TO FRIDGE
