METHOD
• LEAVE DATES TO SOAK IN HOT WATER FOR 30-60MINS, DRAIN BEFORE USING
• FOR BASE, PULSE NUTS/SEEDS AND COCONUT UNTIL A MEAL FORMS, THEN PULSE IN CHOCOLATE AND DATES UNTIL A DOUGH FORMS
• PRESS INTO A LINED SQUARE CAKE TIN OR DIVIDE AND PRESS INTO TWO LOAF PANS (I USED TWO SILICONE LOAF PANS), AND SET ASIDE
• IN A SMALL BOWL, MELT COCONUT OIL AND CHOCOLATE, AND WHISK UNTIL SMOOTH
• SPREAD OVER BASE/S, AND POP INTO THE FRIDGE FOR 30-60 MINUTES, SLICE ONCE SET
* I USED LOVING EARTH LEMON CARAMEL CHOCOLATE, BUT YOU COULD USE WHICH EVER CHOCOLATE YOU LIKE
* FOR THE NUTS/SEEDS I USED CASHEWS, PEPITAS, ALMONDS, WALNUTS, HAZELNUTS AND BRAZIL NUTS, BUT YOU COULD MAKE THIS NUT-FREE BY USING ONLY SEEDS
* YOU COULD USE APRICOTS/FIGS/PRUNES ETC INSTEAD OF DATES TOO
