1/4 TSP CLOVES
PINCH OF SEA SALT
3/4 TSP BAKING SODA
2 TBS WATER
1/3 CUP COCONUT OIL, MELTED
1/4 CUP PURE MAPLE SYRUP
METHOD
• MIX BAKING SODA WITH WATER AND SET ASIDE
• COMBINE DRY INGREDIENTS THEN ADD IN OIL & SYRUP AND MIX WELL. ADD IN BAKING SODA MIXTURE AND STIR UNTIL COMPLETELY MIXED THROUGH. POP MIXTURE INTO THE FRIDGE FOR 30MINS
• PREHEAT OVEN 160°
• FOR MEN SHAPED COOKIES- ROLL MIXTURE OUT AND CUT OUT COOKIES WITH CUTTER, POP ON LINED OVEN TRAYS. BAKE (MIDDLE SHELF) FOR 25 MINS (DEPENDING ON THICKNESS OF COOKIES)
• FOR REGULAR COOKIE SHAPE- SCOOP OUT TEASPOONS OF MIXTURE AND ROLL INTO BALLS AND FLATTEN SLIGHTLY ON LINED OVEN TRAYS. BAKE (MIDDLE SHELF) FOR 12 MINS. COOL ON WIRE RACK
