INGREDIENTS
1/3 CUP WALNUTS, CRUSHED
1/4 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS
1/4 CUP FLAKED ALMOND
1/4 CUP ALMOND MEAL
1/4 CUP GOJI BERRIES
2 TBS COCONUT OIL
1TBS RICE MALT SYRUP
2 TSP RAW CACAO POWDER
1/2 CUP SHREDDED COCONUT
METHOD
• COMBINE COCONUT OIL AND RICE MALT SYRUP IN A MEDIUM MIXING BOWL (MELT OIL IF IT IS SOLID)
• PROCESS WALNUTS, SUNFLOWER SEEDS & FLAKED ALMONDS UNTIL THEY BECOME SMALL PIECES
• ADD THE PROCESSED MIX AND REMAINING DRY INGREDIENTS (EXCEPT THE COCONUT) INTO BOWL WITH THE OIL AND SYRUP, STIR UNTIL THOROUGHLY COATED
• ROLL HEAPED TEASPOONS OF MIX INTO BALLS AND ROLL IN COCONUT
• PLACE BALLS ON A TRAY LINED WITH BAKING PAPER AND FREEZE FOR 15 MINUTES.
