JUICE OF HALF A LEMON
1/4 TSP CAYENNE PEPPER
1/2 TSP CUMIN
2 CLOVES GARLIC, MINCED
PINCH OF SEA SALT & PEPPER
1/8 CUP EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL
METHOD
• PEEL AND CHOP BEETS ( I USED PACKAGED BEETS, AVAILABLE IN THE FRUIT SECTION IN VACUUM SEALED PACKS AT WOOLWORTHS AND COLES)
• PROCESS/BLEND EVERYTHING EXCEPT OLIVE OIL UNTIL SMOOTH, TASTE AND ADJUST IF NEEDED (MORE LEMON/CUMIN/GARLIC ETC)
• SLOWLY POUR IN OIL WHILE PROCESSING, UNTIL MIXED THROUGH
• EAT OR STORE IN THE FRIDGE FOR 4-5 DAYS
