1 & 1/2 CUPS RAW CASHEWS

2/3 CUP WATER

5ML VANILLA EXTRACT

1 TBS PURE MAPLE SYRUP

PINCH SALT

 

MIX-IN’S

MINT CHOC CHIP

1/4 TSP SPIRULINA

FEW DROPS MINT EXTRACT

1 TBS CACAO NIBS

PEANUT BUTTER

1 TBS CHOPPED PEANUTS

1 TBS NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

CHOCOLATE

1/2 TBS CACAO POWDER

1/2 TSP PURE MAPLE SYRUP

1 TSP TAHINI

1 TSP PURE MAPLE SYRUP

 

METHOD

• BLEND NICE CREAM INGREDIENTS UNTIL SMOOTH

• SCOOP 1/4 CUP (DEPENDING ON SIZE OF MOULDS) OF NICE CREAM INTO A BOWL AND ADD DESIRED FLAVOUR, SPOON INTO MOULD.  REPEAT WITH REMAINING MIXTURE

• FREEZE UNTIL SET

• EAT 

– PEEL AND CHOP BANANAS BEFORE FREEZING

– YOU COULD ADD IN PROTEIN POWDER/OTHER CHOPPED NUTS/SEEDS/SUPERFOOD POWDERS/COCONUT/DRIED FRUIT/DIP IN MELTED CHOCOLATE ONCE SET ETC FOR ADDED NUTRITION AND DIFFERENT FLAVOURS
