1/4 CUP COCONUT NECTAR
2 TBS MAYVERS SUPER SPREAD
1/4 TSP CINNAMON
PINCH OF SEA SALT
METHOD
• ADD WET INGREDIENTS TO A LARGE BOWL AND MIX, STIR IN EVERYTHING ELSE,
• PRESS INTO SILICONE MUFFIN TRAYS OR TWO LINED/SILICONE LOAF PANS OR TRAY OF CHOICE AND POP INTO THE FRIDGE FOR AN HOUR TO SET (THEN SLICE IF MADE INTO A SLAB)
* I USED SUNSOL MUESLI (THE BLUEBERRIES, CHIA, GOJI BERRIES AND COCONUT MIX) WHICH IS MAINLY OAT BASED, NOT TOO CHUNKY, IF YOU MAKE YOUR OWN MIX, CHOP NUTS IF USING, AS THE MIXTURE WON’T HOLD TOGETHER AS WELL IS YOU INCLUDE LARGE PIECES
* YOU COULD TRY RICE MALT SYRUP OR PURE MAPLE SYRUP INSTEAD OF COCONUT NECTAR
* YOU COULD USE CASHEW/ALMOND/PEANUT BUTTER OR SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER OR TAHINI INSTEAD OF THE MAYVERS SUPER SPREAD
* YOU COULD ADD IN CACAO NIBS OR DRIZZLE WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE BEFORE POPPING IN TO FRIDGE
