1/4 CUP PURE MAPLE SYRUP
1/2 CUP NUT BUTTER
1/2 CUP MILK
1 & 1/2 CUP HAZELNUT MEAL
1/4 CUP RAW CACAO POWDER
1/2 CUP PROTEIN POWDER
2 TBS CHIA SEEDS
METHOD
• WHISK WET INGREDIENTS IN A MEDIUM BOWL
• ADD IN DRY INGREDIENTS ONE BY ONE, MIXING THOROUGHLY AFTER EACH INGREDIENT IS ADDED
• ROLL SPOONFULS OF MIX INTO BALLS & PLACE BALLS INTO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER, STORE IN THE FRIDGE, CAN BE FROZEN ALSO
– I USED CHOC PEA PROTEIN POWDER, SMOOTH PEANUT BUTTER (100% NUTS, NO ADDED NASTY INGREDIENTS, YOU COULD USE TAHINI/SUNFLOWER SEED BUTTER ETC) AND MACADAMIA NUT MILK
– HONEY/RICE MALT SYRUP/MASHED BANANA OR APPLE SAUCE COULD BE USED INSTEAD OF MAPLE SYRUP
– YOU COULD SUBSTITUTE PEA PROTEIN WITH ANOTHER PROTEIN POWDER
– YOU COULD ADD IN/ROLL IN CHOPPED NUTS /SPIRULINA/SUPERFOOD POWDERS/COCONUT ETC FOR ADDED NUTRITION
