EXTRA COCONUT TO COAT
METHOD
• ADD WET INGREDIENTS TO A LARGE BOWL AND MIX, STIR IN EVERYTHING ELSE
• SCOOP OUT SPOONFULS OF MIXTURE AND ROLL INTO BALLS, ROLL INTO EXTRA COCONUT, STORE IN THE FRIDGE
* YOU CAN LEAVE OUT THE CACAO POWDER
* YOU COULD USE CASHEW/ALMOND/SUNFLOWER SEED/TAHINI OR A COMBINATION OF BUTTERS INSTEAD OF THE PEANUT BUTTER
*YOU COULD ADD IN CACAO NIBS OR DRIZZLE WITH MELTED CHOCOLATE BEFORE POPPING IN TO FRIDGE
