METHOD
• PROCESS DATES, WATER AND OIL UNTIL A CHUNKY PASTE FORMS
• ADD IN ALL INGREDIENTS EXCEPT ALMOND MEAL AND CHIA & PULSE UNTIL COMBINED
• ADD IN ALMOND AND CHIA & PULSE UNTIL MIXED THOROUGHLY
• SPREAD EVENLY INTO A LINED LOAF TIN (I USED A SILICON LOAF PAN) AND POP INTO THE FREEZER TO SET
• MIX CHOCOLATE INGREDIENTS IN A SMALL BOWL UNTIL SMOOTH, SPREAD OVER BASE AND POP INTO THE FREEZER AND SLICE ONCE SET
