1 CUP WALNUTS

1/3 CUP CASHEWS

1/3 CUP ALMONDS

1/2 CUP RAW CACAO POWDER

1/4 CUP HEMP PROTEIN POWDER

1/2 CUP DRIED DATES

2 TBS CRUNCHY NATURAL PEANUT BUTTER

2 TBS COCONUT OIL, MELTED

1/4 CUP WATER

METHOD

• POP DATES INTO A BOWL AND COVER THEM WITH BOILING WATER AND LET SIT FOR 15 MINUTES

• PROCESS NUTS UNTIL A CHUNKY MEAL FORMS, PULSE IN REMAINING DRY INGREDIENTS AND THEN SET ASIDE IN A BOWL

• DRAIN DATES, THEN PULSE UNTIL A CHUNKY PASTE FORMS, ADD IN OIL AND PEANUT BUTTER AND PULSE UNTIL COMBINED, MIXTURE MAY ‘SEPARATE/SPLIT’ INTO A CHUNKY MIX INSTEAD OF A PASTE, THAT’S OK

• PULSE IN DRY INDGREDIENTS UNTIL MIXED THOROUGHLY, WHILE PROCESSOR IS RUNNING, SLOWLY POUR IN THE WATER AND PULSE UNTIL MIXTURE FORMS A DOUGH

• SPREAD EVENLY INTO A LINED SQUARE CAKE TIN AND POP INTO THE FRIDGE TO FIRM UP A LITTLE, FOR ABOUT AN HOUR

• REMOVE MIXTURE FROM TIN AND SLICE INTO DESIRED SIZED BARS, STORE IN THE FRIDGE/FREEZER

* YOU COULD ROLL MIXTURE INTO BALLS INSTEAD OF MAKING BARS

* YOU COULD ADD IN SOME ORANGE JUICE AND ZEST (REDUCE WATER WITH HOW MUCH JUICE YOU ADD), OR ADD IN PEPPERMINT EXTRACT ETC
