METHOD
• PROCESS NUTS & PEPITAS UNTIL VERY FINE (MEAL LIKE) AND SET ASIDE
• PROCESS DATES, CRANBERRIES, COCONUT OIL, RICE MALT SYRUP AND WATER UNTIL A STICKY PASTE FORMS
• ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS (EXCLUDING COCONUT) INTO DATE MIXTURE AND PROCESS UNTIL COMBINED
• ROLL HEAPED TEASPOONS OF MIX INTO BALLS AND ROLL IN COCONUT
• PLACE BALLS INTO AN AIRTIGHT CONTAINER AND STORE IN THE FRIDGE
