New Patient Consultation and Examination Package:
Our New Patient Package includes your initial consultation with Dr Traynor, your examination and testing, including x-rays if clinically needed, and your Report of Findings appointment to explain everything and give recommendations.
Due to the limited availability of our New Patient Consultation times we do require pre-payment for all appointments. Pre-payments are to be made within 24 hours of making your boooking to secure your spot and avoid cancellation. We make this process as quick and simple as clicking on an individualised link sent directly to your phone.
Terms and Conditions for New Patient Consultation and Examination Package:
– New Patients Only
– Consultation appointments require pre-payment within 24 hours of making your appointment to confirm your booking.
– Payment can be completed either by Credit card over the phone, or you can come into the office during the closest business day to your booking to pay over the counter.
– 24 hours notice is required if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
– If less than 24 hours notice is given pre-payment will be forfeited.
– X-rays are only if clinically indicated
– Treatment is not included in the “New Patient Consultation and Examination Package”
